"Madison, Madison, Madison! I first discovered Madison on TikTok and was instantly drawn into the world of real estate through her content. Her resources, knowledge, and scenario plays were all incredibly informative. She’s so amazing that I even thought about getting into selling homes myself! My husband and I bought a house about two years ago, and let’s just say it wasn’t the best experience. We tried to sell the house before the first year was up, based on a promise made by our previous realtor, but of course, that didn’t happen. After that disappointment, I decided to follow my gut and reach out to Madison. I’m prone to anxiety, so naturally, I hesitated for a few days. I talked to my husband about it several times, filled out the paperwork more than once, and finally, submitted it. To my relief, I got a response! We set up a time for her to come see our home, and I have to admit, I was expecting Madison to be about 6 feet tall, ready to play ball, based on her dynamic social media presence. I was surprised when I realized we were the same height! From that first meeting, we were 100% upfront with her. If I could paint you a picture, it would be of two little kids looking for a “momma bear” to protect them because they’ve been taken advantage of and stretched so thin they couldn’t take it anymore! And that’s exactly what we got with Madison: a true advocate for her clients. Madison sold our home in just a month of it being on the market. She fought for us and truly made this process a stress-free experience. Madison, you are amazing tiny with a big bite, and passionate! It's difficult to find someone that is real with you in any sales situation. Madison only wants the absolute best for you, she doesn't want you to just settle. She wants you to be happy and be able to make the best decision for you. We were torn between 2 houses. 300k house and a 270k house. We ended up choosing the 270k house because we listened and trusted our realtor and our own instincts. And I'm so glad we did. (There is no way in hell I could live right next to those train tracks with a newborn. You were right Madison)."
